If an account continues to be without any update, inactive, out of business, wrong email address or contact data on file, or unattended by the Member, Ibiza Healing Guide will remove the listing to ensure no obsolete information is provided to visitors.

Under the address www.IbizaHealingGuide.com profiles of providers, events and specialist articles are published. Depending on the selected entry package, different forms of input are available. The services are described in detail under https://www.ibizahealingguide.com/ register-to-submit-your-items/.
The details of the Members are published with the data entered by the Member after final approval thru us. The parties agree that a 100% online availability of the individual entries cannot be achieved and is therefore not guaranteed by Ibiza Healing Guide.
When a Subscriber lists its entry on Ibiza Healing Guide (=Member) they are confirming their information is true and they are owning all legal rights to the listed content. Any content listed / posted by a Member will imply they have all legal rights to list / post on Ibiza Healing Guide. Ibiza Healing Guide reserves the right to refuse and to remove any subscription, listing, data, or image on the website. If any content supplied or uploaded by Member unlawfully by copyright, Member will be held responsible to deal with any legal and monetary cost dealing with copyright infringement.
Entries / content must:

– be genuinely held (where they state opinions).

Entries / content must not:

– infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
– be likely to deceive any person.
– be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
– promote any illegal activity.
– be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
– be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
– be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent the Members identity or affiliation with any person.
Any content the member uploads to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose. Ibiza Healing Guide also has the right to disclose the user’s identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by the Member to our Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. Ibiza Healing Guide will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by the Member or any other user of our Site.
Membership can be cancelled at any time if misleading information or the listing that have been abandoned (see lapse accounts). Any Member who misuses the Ibiza Healing Guide website by misplacing their information in incorrect categories or duplication can be removed at any time. If the membership is fee based, no refund will be given due to misconduct on the website.
Contract duration and termination
The contract between Member and Ibiza Healing Guide is initially closed for 12 months and can be terminated by both parties within two weeks. If the contract is not properly terminated by the customer at the end of the contractual year, the contract shall be extended by one year. It may then be terminated by any Contracting Party based on a notice period of two weeks without giving any reason at the end of each contractual year. The termination can be done by e-mail to admin@ibizahealingguide.com. After termination of the contract by ordinary termination, Ibiza Healing Guide shall terminate the publication of the individual entry. Even after termination of the contract by ordinary termination, Ibiza Healing Guide reserves the right to publish the address and the work area if and for as long as the customer does not object to it in writing and if and as long as the Ibiza Healing Guide does not abandon the publication of the database referred to in “Ibiza Healing Guide Members”.
The contractual relationship can be terminated by both parties without notice, if an important reason is given. An important reason is given where there are facts which cannot be expected to continue the contractual relationship until the expiry of the period of notice for the termination of the contract, considering all the circumstances of the individual case and weighing the interests of both parties. An important reason also exists if the customer intentionally or grossly negligently makes false statements against the Ibiza Healing Guide or if the remuneration agreed in accordance with the following regulations is delayed by more than one month in whole or in part. The extraordinary termination also requires the written form to be effective. After termination of the contract by extraordinary termination by Ibiza Healing Guide , the latter terminates the publication of both the individual entry as well as the published free basic entry.

Prices and terms of payment
The entry as a Member on the portal ibizahealingguide.com is always subject to charges. The prices are based on current performance descriptions at https://www.ibizahealingguide.com/prices.html. The prices stated in this document are expressed in Euro plus the statutory value-added taxes. Payments can be done by wire transfer and PayPal. Individually concluded agreements are not affected by these regulations.
Invoicing is effected upon receipt and after our approval of the subscription according to the chosen package for the following 12 months. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days without any deductions to the specified account. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to not publish the entry as well as an extraordinary termination.
Maintenance
Ibiza Healing Guide will not be held liable or responsible for any disruption to service due to computer/website maintenance, upgrades, war, natural disasters, computer/internet viruses, internet attacks, or any unforeseen disaster.
Viruses
Ibiza Healing Guide does not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. The Member is responsible for configuring the Member’s information technology, computer programs and platform to access our Site. The user should use the users own virus protection software.
Indemnity and Release
You agree to indemnify Ibiza Healing Guide and hold it harmless from any claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising, directly or indirectly, from your use of the site and its services. By using the Site, you are hereby releasing Ibiza Healing Guide from any claims, demands, debts, obligations, damages (actual or consequential), costs, and expenses of litigation of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, that you may have against Ibiza Healing Guide arising out of or in any way related to such services.
