If you want to deepen your understanding, express freely and work toward resolving any personal or emotional issues, these sessions can be a space in which to feel welcomed, embraced and accompanied. Learning to be more present and aware of your own body, your breath, thoughts, patterns or beliefs, as well as your emotions and needs, and how to deal with them in a more effective way.
It’s a time to also focus on what makes you happy, your resources and capacities or which are the purposes and dreams that you want for your life.
These sessions are based on my knowledge and experience developed over the last 10 years as a Psychologist, Gestalt Therapist, and NLP Practitioner, as well as many other techniques and spiritual practices that I have experienced in my own personal development and I integrate in my practice.
