Learn yogic breathing practices. Learn how to expand the dimensions of your prana (vital life force) by understanding and practicing pranayama. Workshop includes: explanation of theory, physiological benefits, exercises, and practice.
Apply yoga to heal. The adaptation and application of a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation to help clients face (mental) health challenges. Individually tailored approach to reduce symptoms, restore balance and increase vitality.
