Davy is known for his authentic and empathic teaching style. As a qualified instructor he helps others grow by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga: spicy ashtanga and traditional sivananda. Group classes & private sessions for beginners to advanced students. Davy also teaches pranayama workshops and offers 1:1 yoga therapy.

Come practice a beautiful flow. In my classes, I love to combine a strong flow, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

PRANAYAMA WORKSHOP
Learn yogic breathing practices. Learn how to expand the dimensions of your prana (vital life force) by understanding and practicing pranayama. Workshop includes: explanation of theory, physiological benefits, exercises, and practice.
YOGA THERAPY
Apply yoga to heal. The adaptation and application of a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation to help clients face (mental) health challenges. Individually tailored approach to reduce symptoms, restore balance and increase vitality.
