WATAFLOW
Tune in with your own breath, calm your mind and let go of physical and emotional tension by combining movements and touches of stillness, stretching, dance, meditation and free flow, above and underwater. I will hold your sacred space for allowing you to connect with yourself and and your self-healing energy.
Before entering the water we focus on your physical and emotional conditions and your personal intentions. The liquid and flowing part in the water takes approx. 45-60min. were we first start with smooth movements and stretches on the surface of the water before we flow and dance as well underwater.
Depending on the temperature and the receivers comfort, I will finish the session with a grounding massage including the necessary holding space to allow the entire experience to be embodied. A Wataflow session is more than just a water massage, its a journey to our essence. Each session is tailor made and is a unique experience. Be aware that often people can experience a profound rebirth and healing process.
WATAFLOW Sessions are given in warm water pools or in the sea and will take aprox. 90-120 min

In this 20-30 min. revitalizing break-massage I will focus on your shoulders, back, arms, neck and head. You will feel fully refreshed and ready to start through again!
